Our ‘Outplacement Coach-Consulting’ starts by helping individuals understand more about themselves; work context motivations, the type of environments that work for them, how best they respond to different types of work and areas of suitability. We uncover this by talking one-one-one to your people and by using 2 Psychometric profiles.
Identify Transferable Skills
Our job is to then bring that information together and help identify transferable skills and behaviours, as well as giving pointers on making the best of their CV, covering letters and interviews.
We provide the individual with advice, guidance, motivation and support during the journey, as well as help plan their activity between sessions.
One-on-One Coach-Consultant Sessions
All sessions are one-on-one with a Coach-Consultant and last just under 90 minutes each. Four sessions approximately every 7-14 days is usually all the individual needs to be best equipped for their future career path.
Outplacement doesn’t extend to finding individuals a job, however, we prepare and support people during the process.
